REGISTRATION INFO

Returning Students

On July 1st you will receive a link in your Parent Portal inbox that will allow you to register online.  If you need a Parent Portal account set up or need assistance logging in please contact our District Office at 970-249-7726.  Online registration will be open from July 1st through August 7th.  Please complete the questions required through the link and then access your personal information and make any changes necessary in Parent Portal.  If you do not have access to a computer, our computer lab at Cottonwood will be available from August 4th through the 7th or you may register at our District Office at 930 Colorado Avenue during the summer.

New Students to our School District

Please contact our District Office at 970-249-7726 to make an appointment to register your student(s).  You will need to provide birth certificates, immunization records and proof of address.  All new students must come to the school on August 19th for an incoming student assessment.  These assessments will take 30 - 45 minutes.  To schedule a time you may call or come in to the school between August 4th - 7th.   Cottonwood's PAC will be providing orientation tours of our school on August 7th at 10:00 and at 12:00. 

New Students to Cottonwood (Currently Attending Another District School)

Please register online as described above.  After you have completed the online registration, you must come to Cottonwood on August 4th or 5th and bring proof of address.  If you have any questions or need help please call our school at 249-2539 or our district office at 249-7726.  Thank you.

Free and Reduced Meal Applications

FREE/REDUCED MEAL APPLICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN PARENT PORTAL ON JULY 1ST AND MUST BE DONE ONLINE.  If you need assistance, please contact Nutrition Services at 252-7912 or 7918.


All Students

Class lists will be posted on August 14th at 4:00 p.m. This information will be on Parent Portal as well as on our front doors. Back To School Night is on August 17th from 6:00 - 7:00 with a BBQ to follow provided by our PAC.
